halibut season ends on September 30. I was so busy out on the water catching fish that I didn’t have a minute to post anything new all summer. Those of you who fished with me surely can attest to that! But as you can see by this photo shot yesterday, there’s plenty of fishing left for October. The rockfish have been big and plentiful and so have the cod. We should be seeing salmon as the season comes to a close as they make their way up river. Thank you to all who made this a great season.
